This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Bajra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Developer") for the use of the Nepa: Saga ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

1. Acceptance

a. The User shall be bound by this agreement once they sign up for Game services.
b. The game provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
c. The User is expected to understand that the use of services provided by Game is at their sole risk. Game disclaims all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied          regarding the website/app and its content, hardware, software, links, merchantability, title, accuracy, timeliness, compatibility, security, non-infringement, and virus.
d. The game will not be liable for any direct or indirect, special, punitive, incidental damages or losses for goodwill, lost profits, data, or tangible and intangible losses.
e. The game shall not be responsible for inconvenience or losses of any kind due to the failure or downtime of the server it is hosted in.

2. Personal Information and Confidentiality

a. The User agrees to supply necessary information as required by the Game. 
b. The Game ensures that the personal information provided by the User, whatsoever shall remain confidential within Game authority. 
c. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, for all the activities that occur in their account.
d. Game shall not be responsible for any third-party interference.

3. Unauthorized Use

The User agrees to notify us of any unauthorized account use at admin@bajratechnologies.com.

4. Ownership

The User acknowledges that the Licensor is the sole owner of the Game and all portions thereof (Intellectual Property).

5. Restrictions on Use

The User acknowledges that they shall not:
⦁ Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the game. ⦁ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game.
⦁ Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the game.
⦁ Use the game for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

6. Indemnification

The User indemnifies and holds harmless the Licensor/Game of any liability to third party, legal or financial, arising out of error or negligence of the User or their representatives.

7. Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Waiver and Severability

Waiver or failure by the User to exercise in any respect any right provided for in the Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of any further right under this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.

9. Third-party applications integrated with Game

The game may have integrated third-party applications. It is the User’s responsibility to read and understand the third-party terms.

10. Termination

This agreement (and the User’s subscription to Game) will terminate immediately and automatically if; the User or any employee of the User or person authorized by the User to use the Software and/or Documentation breaches any provision of this agreement or upon any termination of the User’s Subscription to the Platform.

11. Governing Laws

This agreement will be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction of the Licensor.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Account Usage Details

The Account Usage Details, for example, time, recurrence, term and example of utilization, elements utilized, and the measure of capacity utilized will be recorded by us to improve the User’s experience of the administration and to help us give the User the most ideal administration.
